When a young girl is left unconscious at Luton hospital, police are alerted. Searching her phone, they discover images that appear to show her being tortured. But when the girl awakes she explains she is in an extreme sexual relationship, and discharges herself. Several days later the girl mysteriously fails to return home. Now classed as a high-risk missing person, police race to find her before something horrific happens.
